What payment methods are accepted?
Graphique currently accepts credit/debit card orders only.
What locations does Graphique currently bill and ship to?
Online purchases are limited to United States billing and shipping addresses at this time. We also do not offer billing or shipping to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
How do I cancel an order?
We strive to process your order immediately after Checkout so you can receive your items as soon as possible. Once you have hit the "Place Order" button at Checkout, we begin to process your order.
If you decide after Checkout that you would like to cancel or remove items from your order, please log in to your account using your email address and password. Click on "Track Order" then press the "Edit" button that appears next to the order. If you would like to remove specific items that you ordered, you can click on the "Delete" button that appears next to that item. If you would like to cancel the entire order, click on the "Yes" button at the top of the page.
If the "Edit" button is no longer visible, this means that the order has begun to be processed. If you would still like to make a change to your order, please email our Customer Service Team at consumersupport@graphiquedefrance.com immediately. We will make every attempt to cancel your order, but are unable to guarantee cancellation once the order has proceeded to "Processed" status. Our offices are located on the East Coast, and our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Daylight Time.
If the order has processed and shipped, please follow normal return procedures outlined in our Returns Policy to receive a full refund of product cost and associated sales tax. Regretfully, we will be unable to refund shipping costs once the order has shipped.
How long will it take to ship my order?
We strive to process orders through our warehouse within two business days. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location as well as the size of the order. In the United States, most product will typically arrive at your specified address within 5 to 10 business days.
Note: Canvas orders require extra time for printing, stretching, and drying. This time is in addition to the normal order processing time.

How much will I be charged for shipping?
Currently, we offer Standard Shipping, which is shipped via the United States Postal Office, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground.
The rates for shipping to the 48 Contiguous States are as follows:

How do I receive free shipping?
If you purchase merchandise that costs $20 or more for shipments to the 48 Contiguous States, and you are shipping this merchandise to one address, you qualify for free standard shipping. If you purchase merchandise that costs $75 or more for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, and you are shipping this merchandise to one address, you qualify for free standard shipping. This offer may be combined with other discounts.
What is Graphique's return policy?
We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 45 days of purchase for a refund. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 45 days of purchase in original condition. It is acceptable to return a calendar with shrink-wrap removed, as long as the calendar has not been written in or damaged after receipt. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping charges and a restocking fee. We can only process a refund after the item has been received. Please note, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I return an item or order?
If your order has been damaged or contains the wrong items, you must first contact our Customer Service team at consumersupport@graphiquedefrance.com. Please provide your name, order number and request for refund or exchange.

In the package with the merchandise you would like to return, please include a copy of the order packing list or a printout of the order from our website.
All items should be returned with adequate packing materials to ensure they are not creased or otherwise damaged in return shipment.
Please allow four weeks for returns to be received and processed.

Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
1. Redemption
Gift Certificates can be redeemed toward the purchase of available products on www.graphiquedefrance.com. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Certificate balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's My Accounts page when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.

Graphique is not responsible for Gift Certificates that are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. Graphique recommends that customers create a Graphique de France account and apply certificate codes to each shopper account upon receipt of gift certificate.

Graphique has the right to close a customer account and bill alternative forms of payment if a Gift Certificate is a fraudulently redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.graphiquedefrance.com.

Groupon Redemption
Please use Groupon code marked as Redemption code or Groupon number found on the top right-hand corner of your Groupon voucher.
Codes should be entered into the Gift Certificate Number box at Checkout.
Is my account and personal information secure?
We have taken every measure to ensure that online shopping is as secure as ordering from a catalog or buying from a store. We secure your private information using the trusted VeriSign SSL Certificate. Secure Socket Layering (SSL) is the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. The secure mode begins when you initiate an order. When you enter your personal information into the order form, it is scrambled, transmitted across the Internet, then decoded when it gets to us. All information is stored in a secure server and can only be accessed by employees authorized to process your orders.
How do I submit artwork to Graphique?
Graphique's mission is to make a difference in people's lives through our uncompromised passion for art and design. We are continually searching for art-inspired images and will consider any subject matter that we believe will achieve our goal.
If you are interested in submitting work for publication in calendar, greeting card, or poster format, please send a well-edited selection of your work (at least 10 and no more than 40 images) to the following address (please label all pieces with your name and address):

We will accept only NON-RETURNABLE material for initial review. To ensure against loss or damage, please do not submit original material or any material you wish to have returned. Acceptable samples include prints, color copies, CD-roms or DVDs, tearsheets of published work or promotional material. Digital submissions may be sent to artworksubmissions@graphiquedefrance.com. You may also email us with a link to your website. No phone calls, please.
Please allow up to two months for a response to your submission. If your initial sample is of interest, we may contact you to review a larger selection. Graphique will contact you again in the event that your submission is accepted for publication. Contracts will be negotiated upon acceptance and prior to publication. If after two months from the date of your submission you have not received a response, you should assume that your work was not chosen and that you will receive no further response.
By submitting your work, you agree that Graphique is not responsible for lost or damaged submissions.
